Broaches were the epitome of cool in the 1950's and earlier. In an era where you were burned as a witch for being stylish, or, you know, being a woman, the only way to properly accessorize were with broaches.
This one is very cool because the roses are in a gorgeous coral color, and looks like a beautiful bouquet. So, if you want to have a bouquet of flowers that once upon a time would have had someone burned at the stake, gurrrllll... this is the one for you. Wear it on your sweater, or do the cool new thing, and wear it on your jeans.
